How does this work?
If requested, Braase will draw up an offer containing an assessment of the emissions generated by each transport along with a calculation of the corresponding compensation costs. This calculation is based on the kilometres travelled and the weight of the cargo to be transported. You will then find the result in your offer under the item “Carbon-neutral transport.” If you choose this option, Braase will obtain CO2 emission certificates for the amount disclosed. The income from these is used to fund projects all over the world that are working to reduce emissions, e.g. by generating climate-neutral energy.
