ISO 9001 – quality management
Customer satisfaction and structured processes are the backbone of a company – because neither is possible without the other. Certification according to DIN EN ISO 9001 is purely a matter of form for us. The ISO describes this standard as follows: “This standard is based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation and involvement of top management, the process approach and continual improvement. Using ISO 9001 helps ensure that customers get consistent, good-quality products and services.”
Die ISO 14001 – Das Umweltmanagement
Wir alle tragen einen Teil zum Schutz unserer Umwelt bei – auch Organisationen, Unternehmen und Betriebe stehen in der Verantwortung, Stichwort: verantwortungsbewusster Umgang mit Ressourcen und nachhaltiges Wirtschaften. Das gilt natürlich auch für Braase, weswegen wir mit der ISO 14001:2015 zertifiziert sind. Diese legt Anforderungen an ein Umweltmanagementsystem fest, mit dem ein Betrieb seine Umweltleistung verbessern und Umweltziele erreichen kann.
IHK training facility
Another distinction which we are proud of: we have been an IHK-approved (Kiel Chamber of Industry and Commerce) vocational training facility for more than 15 years. All this time, we have been offering enthusiastic young people the opportunity to train as management assistants for freight forwarding and logistic services (m/f/d).
In 2018, we added a cooperative study programme (bachelor’s degree in business management), which can be completed at Schleswig-Holsteins Dual University of Applied Sciences (DHSH) in Kiel or Flensburg. Are you interested? You can find more information on this website under the menu item “Career.”
